Skills Required:

Minimum of three years collections experience in a banking environment. An ideal candidate will have working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, legal remedies for collection, bankruptcy law and secured lending, and consumer protection laws. Must have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, presentation, time management, excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills. Strong ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, good reasoning, displays a high degree of integrity, flexible, dependable, detail and multi-task oriented, and excellent customer service skills are essential. Some College Experience a plus! Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the Internet required.
