- As a Job Seeker, You never need to provide data to search for jobs. Logging into the Site is always an optional task for you to take, (although logging in does give you access to smarter job search tools such as Personal Search Agents and Saved Searches.)
- As a Job Seeker, when registering on Site, you can choose to hide/ visible your contact information to employers / recruiters. MJ maintains a strict confidentiality policy on all personal data submitted by Job Seekers and MJ will not release such information to anyone without the prior consent of the Job Seekers.
- CV Visible to Employers / Recruiters
This option gives a Job Seeker the most visibility to the broadest employer audience possible by making your resume searchable in our Resume Database.
- CV Hidden to Employers / Recruiters
Job Seeker can also post to the public resume database without any of its contact information being displayed. (If you use this option be sure to remove your contact information from the body of the resume.) The hidden option also allows you to only display selected pieces of contact information.
- MJ is committed to protect the privacy of our users. We use our best efforts to ensure that any information you provide will remain private and confidential. MJ is not responsible for any action that an employer may take should they find an employee's resume in the resume database. MJ obtains personal information from Job Seekers, Companies and Recruiters on a voluntary basis only. The information allows us to store resumes and jobs in our secure database. The user decides which information to display.
WE DO NOT SELL OR GIVE AWAY USER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION.
- SECURITY
We have implemented and follow industry standard measures to protect against unauthorized access to and unlawful interception or processing of personal information. We also protect account information by placing it on a secure portion of our site that is only accessible by certain qualified employees of MJ. We encrypt all payment transaction information (including credit cards) on our payment forms using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
