Skills Required:

Minimum three years of commercial lending and sales experience in a banking environment. Good working knowledge of negotiating terms under which credit will be extended, strong business development and sales skills, exceptional analytical and negotiating abilities, proven ability to produce bottom line results, detailed and multi-task oriented, flexible, energetic and strong underwriting skills. An ideal candidate must also posses excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, time management, good listening, superior customer service, excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong ability to lead by example, make sound decisions, display a high degree of integrity, use good judgment and good reasoning are essential. The selected candidate will manage loan portfolio and quality growth, exam, evaluate, and authorize approval of customer applications for lines of credit, maintain an accurate database and monitor performance of loans, analyze potential loan markets, and participate in community affairs to increase the bank’s visibility. Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, accounting, business administration or related field required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet required.
