Assists in the performance of legislative requirements, SEC accounting and reporting activities and other regulatory reporting activities at the corporate level. Assists in the preparation of various external financial reports to the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and other government and regulatory agencies as needed. Develops, prepares and /or assists in the preparation of internal financial reports and special analyses for corporate management. Assists in the development of financial policies and the application of new developments in the field of accounting especially as it relates to accounting regulatory agencies

Skills Required:

B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least two years experience. Knowledge of the accounting function and business communications is essential. Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills and be detail oriented. Able to multi-task effectively and have excellent interpersonal skills. Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, WORD) are required. CPA Certification is considered a plus.
